GARLIC LEMON BUTTER SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/8 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese

In a small saucepan on the stove, or in a Pyrex bowl in microwave, melt butter over medium low heat. Combine all ingredients and stir until well blended.

Super on chicken or veal or fish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
