 Rachel (Georgia) says:
Does not realistically make eight dozen cookies, but the cookies were delicious anyway. I got rave reviews on them. However, I omitted the nuts cause I'm just not a fan of crunchy cookies. I would definitely recommend this recipe!

I just made this recipe today. My family just loved them how they were just melted in your mouth. They said there were better then store bought cookies.. I think there only 2 more cookies left. Going to make more. They were awesome. EASY TO MAKE.

Well I made these cookies today. They are good but they were very flat. I'm not sure if they are supposed to be but they were. They are really awesome!

 Tess (Singapore) says:
Made them without baking soda and they came out like biscuits instead but still good nevertheless! Would recommend slightly less sugar though, if you're skipping the baking soda.

PERFECT. My oven is a bit older, so I baked them for about 15 minutes and they came out perfect. They don't actually make 8 dozen, but they did make a little over 4 dozen! Which is great! You may want to leave out the walnuts, I did and they were a hit.

Me and my sister just made these.. :) They were good but we left out the chopped pecan nuts.. We added a little more ingredients then we should have and it made about 9 dozen... :) so thanks for the recipe!

 Angela (Tennessee) says:
The first 3 cookie sheets came out very flat as the batter was rather runny, but I added about a 1/4 cup Self Rising flour to the remaining batter and the rest of the cookies came out perfectly! The flat cookies have the same flavor as the regular looking ones, all delicious :) I only put in half a cup of pecan's though, I subbed a half a cup of walnuts to make up the difference and the finished product was fantastic :) I like softer cookies though, so I only baked the first batch for aroun 7:15 and the rest for 6 mins each time

Overall good cookies, mine turned out a little salty though, but that could have been my fault :) My daughter sure liked them though!
