My 11 y/o son & 8 y/o daughter tried baking this choc chip cookie with a liitle bit of help from me & they loved it! It turned out great! My youngest son loved it too. I adjusted d time to make it chewy or a bit crunchy. Did'nt make 8 dozens but it was still quite a lot.

Great easy and quick recipe! Just made it with my 2 year old. Lots of fun because he was able to add the ingredients while i mixed. Added a tbsp. of cocoa for my chocolate lovers. Taste and texture were on the spot! Perfect for the holidays.

I am a 13 year old girl who loves to bake. Today I came across this cookie recipe and decided to try it. Lets start with the batter. If you do it right it should be light and fluffy which it was. The cookies came out HUGE but thats a problem on my side. The cookies where delicious :)

Leave out spaces in between as they spread and become thin. Tastes yum!

Tried this recipe, to the tee 2x's just to make sure I wasnt doing something wrong and it turned out horrible both times. Is more of a cake cookie than chocolate chip cookie. Yuck

This recipe does not deserve a single star. It was the worst i have made yet. I wish i kept looking for a better recipe. Chocolate chip cookies are not supposed to be flat. I look for recipes on the web to find out different ones that work but this is a no. Really need to add more of sone ingredients than others. This is a no for me.

Pretty good cookies... They were definitely flat but tasted good and were easy. I also didn't put nuts in and I added a little more brown sugar (when I tasted the batter it tasted floury) they turned out good and hit the spot.

Overall good cookies, mine turned out a little salty though, but that could have been my fault :) My daughter sure liked them though!

These are so delicious and so simple to make I did nix the nuts just cause I hate pecans but I added walnuts and they were awesome!!!

 Angela (Tennessee) says:
The first 3 cookie sheets came out very flat as the batter was rather runny, but I added about a 1/4 cup Self Rising flour to the remaining batter and the rest of the cookies came out perfectly! The flat cookies have the same flavor as the regular looking ones, all delicious :) I only put in half a cup of pecan's though, I subbed a half a cup of walnuts to make up the difference and the finished product was fantastic :) I like softer cookies though, so I only baked the first batch for aroun 7:15 and the rest for 6 mins each time
