3/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cardamom
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 c. sour milk (milk with 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar)
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. raisins (wet)
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix oil, eggs and sugar in large bowl. Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and cloves. Add sifted mixture into the oil, eggs and sugar. Mix in sour milk. Add wheat germ, raisins and nuts. Pour into 9"x12" pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
