1 lg. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
12 or more maraschino cherries, diced
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. whipping cream

Mix marshmallows and pineapple. Cream the cheese, sugar and mayonnaise until smooth. Add rice and cherries to marshmallow mixture. Fold in whipping cream. Chill well before serving.
