MINCEMEAT PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. hot water
1 box mincemeat
1 c. pecans (pieces)

Crumble mincemeat. Add hot water and set aside. Beat eggs and add slowly the sugar and flour (that have been smoothly mixed). Combine with mincemeat mixture. Stir in melted butter. Add pecans. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
