PEAR MINCEMEAT PIE 
Make pastry for double crust 9 inch pie.

1 pt. prepared pear mincemeat
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans

(One pint makes two pies). Combine mincemeat, brown sugar, flour and pecans. Spoon into prepared pastry shells. Cover with pastry top, cutting slits for steam to escape. Brush crust tops with a little cream or milk and sprinkle over this a little bit of sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
