APPLE PEAR PIE 
1-2 qt. cut up pears, sweetened

Make double pie crusts. Bake bottom pie crust. Prick holes in sides and bottom. Layer pears in pie shell, and dot with butter. Sprinkle with apple pie spice. Add another layer of pears, butter, and spice. Continue until pie is full. Put top crust on and slice little slits in crust for air to escape. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
