APPLE CUSTARD COFFEE CAKE 
2 1/3 c. Bisquick mix
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced apples or pears (about 1 lg.)
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. dairy sour cream
1 egg

Grease 9x9x2 inch pan. Mix baking mix, 3 tablespoons sugar, butter and milk. Spread in pan. Arrange apples on mixture in pan. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples.

Mix sour cream and egg. Drizzle over top. Bake until edges are light brown, 25-30 minutes. Refrigerate any remaining coffee cake.
