PEAR MINCEMEAT PIE 
18 c. peeled and sliced pears
1 orange
1 lemon
2 pkgs. raisins
2 lbs. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. each cloves, nutmeg, allspice

Grind first three ingredients including whole fruit peel included. Add other ingredients and spices. Cook until all fruit is tender. Can be canned in pint jars or frozen.
