Mincemeat Pie
 #171062
 Claudette Mancini (Ontario) says:
Mincemeat and Whiskey Pie: I used maraschino cherry juice for the black cherry wine, puff pastry for the regular pie shell, dehydrated apples (that I re-hydrated with apple juice) no raisins at all, and bourbon for the whiskey. I used some cornstarch with beef broth to thicken the pie, and baked at 400°F for 35 minutes. Rest done as recipe. Delicious!
