COMPANY HAM 
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. cooked ham, cut in sm. pieces
4 tsp. flour
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. dairy sour cream
1 can (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
Hot cooked rice or noodles

Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion and ham. Saute until onion is tender but not brown. Sprinkle with flour. Stir soup until it is smooth. Blend soup into ham mixture. Cook over moderate heat a few minutes. Gradually stir in sour cream. Add mushrooms and continue to cook until mixture is just heated through. Do not boil. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.
