PARTY HAM CASSEROLE 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. sour cream
2 c. cooked ham, cut in 1" slices
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions. Blend soup and milk until smooth. Add onion, mustard, sour cream and ham. Blend well, stir in the well drained noodles. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs, butter and cheese. Bake, uncovered in a 325 degree oven for 25 minutes.
