COUNTRY HAM CHOWDER 
1 1/2 c. cooked ham, cubed
1/2 c. onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 1/2 soup cans water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. raw potatoes, diced

In large saucepan, brown ham and cook onion in butter until tender. Add soups and water. Stir. Add vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cook about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally. Serves 6.
