TACO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground round
1 (7 oz.) bottle taco sauce
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 pkg. corn tortillas (1 doz.)
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced olives
1 sm. onion, diced
1 (15 oz.) can chili con carne (with or without beans)

Brown meat; add taco and enchilada sauces. let simmer until thickened a little. Put one layer of meat sauce in bottom of long casserole dish. Lay tortillas on top; cover well, even if you have to cut tortillas. Add grated cheese, onions, and sliced olives (1/2 recipe amount each). Repeat layers and top with chili con carne. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
