MUSTARD GLAZED HAM 
12 thin slices baked ham
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 tbsp. grainy Dijon-style mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Loosely fold 2 slices ham and place in a 2 3/4 muffin pan cup. Repeat with remaining ham.

In a small bowl, combine syrup and mustard, brush mixture onto ham. Bake 6-8 minutes until heated through, then brush ham again with remaining syrup mixture. Remove from muffin pan. Place on serving platter with waffles. Makes 6 servings.
