GREEN TOMATO MINCEMEAT 
1 peck green tomatoes
1/2 peck apples
2 lbs. raisins
4 lbs. sugar
1 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. each: salt, cinnamon or spice to taste

Run the apples, raisins and tomatoes through a food chopper separately. Drain the tomatoes, scald twice, put all together and cook for 2 hours or until thick and seal in glass jars.
