TACO SALAD 
4 oz. Catalina dressing
4 oz. Russian dressing
1 lb. ground beef
1 can kidney beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 head lettuce
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. taco cheese, shredded
1 can black olives
1 bag chili cheese Fritos
1 tomato, diced

Brown ground beef and drain. Add kidney beans and taco seasoning mix. Follow directions on package (use less water).

Toss together lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese, and sliced olives. Prior to serving, add Fritos and beef and bean mixture. Mix dressings. Pour over salad, toss and serve.
