POTATO CANDY | |
1 med. white potato 1 lb. confectioners' sugar Peanut butter Boil potato, peel and mash thoroughly or put through a sieve. Stir in sugar to form a stiff dough. Roll the dough on a lightly floured board or wax paper to 1/4 inch thickness. Spread generously with peanut butter. Roll up jelly roll fashion and chill before slicing. |
