CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 
4 lg. sweet potatoes
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 2/3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 2/3 tbsp. white sugar
Marshmallows

Boil sweet potatoes, drain and peel. Cube and place in 2 quart casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients (except marshmallows). Cook until thick. Pour over potatoes and top with marshmallows. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes until marshmallows are brown.
