PULGOGY 
5 lbs. beef chuck roast, sliced real thin
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/8 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sesame seed
1 tsp. sugar
Pepper
Sprinkle of Accent

Mix all together and put in refrigerator for at least 5 hours (may leave all night). Then cook on high for a few minutes (let it boil). Pour off the juice from the meat; turn fire down to medium and fry meat until golden brown. Also GREAT on the grill.
