ORIENTAL CHICKEN AND PASTA FRUIT
SALAD
 
8 oz. twist pasta
3 c. shredded cooked chicken
8 oz. pineapple
1 c. grapes
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts

Combine above ingredients, add dressing and chill before serving.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1/4 c. soy
1 tbsp. fresh tarragon, or 1 tsp. dry
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
Salt & pepper to taste
