NO KNEAD BREAD 
5 c. all purpose flour
2 pkgs. dry yeast
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 c. water
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded

In large bowl combine 2 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt; mix well. In saucepan, heat water, milk and butter until warm, 120 to 130 degrees; butter does not need to melt. Add to flour mixture. Add egg and blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes on medium speed. By hand, gradually stir in cheese and remaining flour to make a soft batter. Cover and let rise in warm place until light and doubled, about 1 hour. Stir down batter.

Spoon into 2 greased 1 quart casseroles. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. If too dark, cover loosely with foil the last 5 to 10 minutes of baking. Remove from casseroles; cool.

Makes 2 loaves.
