FABULOUS FUDGE 
3 c. or 18 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. butter
1 pkg. (10 oz.) miniature marshmallows
2 c. chopped nuts
4 1/2 c. white sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Combine chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts in a large bowl. Blend sugar with can milk and softened butter. Cook at a rolling boil for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into bowl with nuts; chips and etc. Stir until blended. Pour into buttered pans. Let stand 24 hours to ripen. Makes 5 lbs.
