S.'S FABULOUS FOOLPROOF FUDGE 
3 (6 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 lb. melted butter

STEP I: Pour melted butter over ingredients mentioned above in a large bowl.

STEP II: In a large pot put 4 1/2 cups of sugar and 1 large can of evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. After it reaches a rolling boil, keep boiling for 7-8 minutes. Remove from heat.

STEP III: Pour Step I into Step II and mix until evenly blended and rather stiff. Add 2-4 cups of nuts if desired. Pour into a buttered pan and cool.
