4 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1 lg. can Carnation milk

Mix. Bring to a full boil stirring all the time. Cook 11 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in 12 ounce package chocolate chips, 2 cups miniature marshmallows, 1 1/2 cups nuts. Pour into greased dish to cool.
