ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. snipped fresh parsley
4 slices bread, soaked in water & squeezed dry as possible
Grated Romano cheese, dried oregano & sweet basil to taste
Enough olive oil to moisten

Mix all ingredients. Shape into 2 inch balls and place in greased baking dish. Bake uncovered until done, turning once. Pour off grease. Serve with pasta and sauce or crush to use in lasagna sauce.
