ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lb. ground round meat (lean)
1 c. fine bread or cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, well beaten
Pepper to taste
Spaghetti sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls. Add to spaghetti sauce and cook slowly for 2 hours. These meat balls are great in sub rolls. Top with cheese and place under broiler until cheese melts.
