EASY PEACH COBBLER 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
4 cups peeled, sliced peaches, sweetened to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F. Melt butter in 8x12-inch dish.

Mix flour, milk and sugar to form thin batter. Add to melted butter. Add peaches but do not stir.

Bake at 375°F for about 40 minutes or until crust rises and is golden brown.

Best served warm with ice cream.
