1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 box confectioners' sugar
3 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese

In large mixer bowl blend together the yellow cake mix, egg and melted butter. Press into a 13"x9" pan.

In a medium mixer bowl blend the confectioners' sugar, eggs and cream cheese. Pour evenly over bottom layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until light golden brown. Cool and cut into squares. Serves 24.
