CRUSTY CORN BAKE 
1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 can (11 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter. Press into a 9 inch pie pan. In a skillet saute onion in 2 teaspoons butter until soft. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk, corn, sugar and eggs. Stir to blend well. Spoon mixture into prepared pie pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
