BROCCOLI CORN BAKE 
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. loose pack frozen cut broccoli
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 (1 oz.) slices process Swiss cheese, torn
2 tbsp. milk
6 rich round crackers, crushed 1/4 cup

In a 1 quart microwave safe casserole combine corn, broccoli, onion powder, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Microcook covered, on 100% power (high) for 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is almost tender. Stir in cheese and milk. Cook covered on high for 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts and broccoli is tender, stirring twice. Sprinkle crushed cracker atop. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
