CORN BROCCOLI BAKE 
Combine in a 1 1/2 quart casserole;

17 oz. cream style corn
10 oz. thawed chopped broccoli
1/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Blend together and sprinkle with 1/4 cup cracker crumbs that have been tossed with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Do not cover.
