BROCCOLI CORN BAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (cook and drain)
3/4 c. coarsely crumbled saltine crackers
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix cream style corn, broccoli, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Turn into 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with a mixture of the remaining cracker crumbs and remaining butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6.
