CORN-BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, defrosted
1 (1 lb.) can cream corn
1/4 c. crushed saltine crackers
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine first 8 ingredients and place in buttered 1-quart casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs with remaining 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle on top. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
