FRUITCAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 jar (28 oz.) mincemeat
1 c. walnut meats, chopped
2 c. mixed candied fruit
1 tsp. baking soda
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Butter a 9 inch tube pan, line with waxed paper. Butter again. Sift flour and baking soda. Combine eggs, mincemeat, Eagle Brand, walnuts and fruits. Fold in dry ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours until center springs back and top is golden. Cool turn out; remove paper and decorate with nuts and cherries.
