HOLIDAY FRUITCAKES 
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 jar (28 oz.) mincemeat
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
2 c. mixed Canadian fruit

Bake on low heat 300 degrees for 2 hours.
