HOLIDAY FRUITCAKE 
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 2/3 c. (28 oz. jar) mincemeat
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 c. (1 lb. jar) mixed candied fruit
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped

Butter a springform pan, or a 9" tube pan. Line with waxed paper, butter again. Sift flour and soda. Combine eggs, mincemeat, milk, fruit and nuts. Fold in dry ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake in slow, 300 degree, oven for 2 hours or until the center springs back when touched and the top is golden. Cool and turn out. Remove the paper.
