CUTLETS ORIENTAL | |
1 pkg. turkey cutlets 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. dry vermouth or dry sherry Combine ingredients and pour over cutlets. Marinate at least one hour. Saute cutlets (approximately 3 minutes on each side) or bake in microwave oven approximately 2 1/2 minutes on each side on high roast. Serve with Chinese vegetables and rice. Sprinkle with slivered toasted almonds. |
