CUTLETS ORIENTAL 
1 pkg. turkey cutlets
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. dry vermouth or dry sherry

Combine ingredients and pour over cutlets. Marinate at least one hour. Saute cutlets (approximately 3 minutes on each side) or bake in microwave oven approximately 2 1/2 minutes on each side on high roast. Serve with Chinese vegetables and rice. Sprinkle with slivered toasted almonds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
