FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9 by 11 inch buttered cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

COCKTAIL CREAM ICING:

1 c. Pet milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
7 oz. coconut

Mix all ingredients in pan on low fire for 10 to 15 minutes. Spread on cake.
