ECLAIR DESSERT 
1 lb. graham crackers
2 boxes (3 oz.) instant French vanilla pudding mix
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Line buttered 9x12 inch pan with crackers. Mix pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour half over crackers, then layer again. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
