NO FAIL PIE CRUST 
6 c. flour
1 lb. lard
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. water
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar

Small bowl: 1 cup water, 1 egg, and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Mix together and set aside.

Large bowl: 6 cups flour, 1 tablespoon salt, and 1 pound lard. Cut lard into small pieces the size of a pea. Make sure all is blended good. Then add liquid and mix thoroughly. Makes 4 double crusted pies. Hints: Use cloth pastry sheet and pastry cover for rolling pin.
