TOMATO SOUP HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 lg. bell pepper
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
Water

Make 4 hamburger patties out of the ground beef. Brown both sides of each hamburger in skillet and season to your taste. Add sliced onion and seeded and sliced bell peppers. Add both cans of tomato soup and 1/2 to 1 can water. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until hamburgers and onions are cooked. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

We stuffed the hamburgers with cheese so it oozed out into the sauce and served with potatoes!!
