BEST EVER PIE CRUST 
1/2 lb. lard, must be lard
1 tsp. salt
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. cold water
1 tsp. vinegar

Blend together lard, flour and salt. Mix egg, water and vinegar. Blend into first mixture. Roll out on lightly floured board. This keeps good in covered container in refrigerator, at least 2 weeks.
