3 c. flour 1 1/4 c. lard 1 tsp. salt Blend together. SECOND MIXTURE: 1 egg, beaten Mix with 3 tablespoons water. Add 1 tablespoon vinegar. Blend with first mixture. Roll out in usual fashion. Makes 4 good crusts. |
