3 c. flour
1 c. Crisco, heaping
1 tsp. salt

Mix with fork until fine. Beat 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vinegar and 5 tablespoons water. Add to flour mixture and blend well. Don't beat. Roll out into pie shells.
