CREAMED CHICKEN AND WAFFLES 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
2 c. cut up cooked chicken or turkey
Waffles

Melt butter over low heat in saucepan. Blend in Bisquick and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in chicken. Prepare waffles. Serve hot creamed chicken between each two waffle sections. Serves 6.

WAFFLES:

2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/3 c. milk
1 egg

Beat all ingredients with mixer until smooth. Pour batter from cup or pitcher into center of hot waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops. Lift off waffle carefully with fork. Makes 3 - 9 inch waffles.
