VITANTONIO SOUR CREAM WAFFLES 
3 eggs, separated
3/4 cup milk or buttermilk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
3/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. sugar

Beat egg yolks in bowl. Beat in milk/buttermilk, melted butter and dairy sour cream. Add remaining dry ingredients into mixture and beat well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.

Bake in waffle iron and serve with your favorite topping.
