SOUR CREAM BELGIAN WAFFLES | |
1 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. sugar 3 eggs (separated) 3/4 c. sour cream 3/4 c. buttermilk 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. melted butter Beat egg yolks. Add sour cream and milk. Mix sifted flour and dry ingredients together. Alternately with cooled fats into sour cream mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter. Brush waffle iron with oil. Bake until steam stops. |
