Best waffles. Far better than Bisquick. I only wish the recipe included the number of servings it makes. The first time I made it, it barely made enough to feed breakfast to my family of four. There weren't any leftovers. So this time I doubled the recipe and have plenty for breakfast tomorrow. We will see how well the leftovers hold up when we eat tomorrow. I would also like to see the nutrition information of each recipe and the calories per serving. Thank you for posting this recipe. Again, it is the best I've ever had!!!

I love these waffles. Once I found this recipe online I never made waffles using any other recipe. I've been making these for at least three years and love them every time. I always double the recipe. today, I came back to this website looking for nutrition information because I'm now wanting to watch what I eat. Still don't want to give up my favorite weekend breakfast. I don't use buttermilk, I take a lemon off of our lemon tree in the back and make substitute buttermilk (2 tbsp. lemon juice in a measuring cup and add enough milk to make 2 cups. Then use 1 1/2 cups of the substitute buttermilk for the recipe.
