SPECIAL PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. lard
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. warm water

Mix flour, lard, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix beaten egg, vinegar, and warm water together. Then mix with rest of ingredients until you can form a ball. This can be stored in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
